How Do I Get Out Of £11,000.00 Of Debt, And More?
Its a long story. To cut a long story short, I took out a loan years ago for £10,000.00. I managed to pay off £4,000.00 back, but due to financial difficulties stopped payments.
I was taken to court by the company handling the debt and was asked to pay back £11,000.00.
I have sort the help of a debt management agency to help me repay the money back. I have 3 other creditors, no strick that, i have 4 other creditors to pay money back to.
One is for overdraft owing to the bank. Thants about £1,200.00, then there are 3 credit cards totalling about £6,000.00

Is this a shoulder offering issue or is this really a problem you are trying to solve.
Anyway, talk to all of your creditors and tell them that you can pay, xx amount monthly and stick with it. Explain that you are experiencing some financial crisis at the moment and this is really what you can afford. In anycase there is a credit crunch on a the moment and everyone is feeling the pinch so they may see u through.

No this is certainly not a shoulder offering issue. It is a problem I am genuinely trying to resolve.
I mentioned that I had given my debts to a Debt Management Company to handle. For some reason I dont think they are things the way I feel they should be. Anyway its early days yet.
Next week I will be paying off one of my loans. I plan of writing them a “thank you” letter for coming to my aid in time of need.
